Bad Tactics

This story of a guy getting thrown in jail for LINKING to a bomb-making site has everyone (here, here, here) in uproar. But they’re using bad tactics. Never say, “but so-and-so is doing it….” I learned that when I was eight. That just gets so-and-so in trouble, mad at you and you no better off. Surely there are some constitutional grounds for linking to whoever you darn well feel like. That would be the smart way to fight this.
