Judge Myron H. Thompson of the Federal District Court, who has been presiding over the case, said that Roy’s Rock is “nothing less than an obtrusive year-round religious display.” So it is; but obtrusive year-round religious displays in state courthouses are prohibited in the Constitution… where?
