I thought chopping trees down was bad, but this article says that paper is better than plastic for the environment. Also, doesn’t oil come from all the dead organic material? All we need is a catastrophic flood or chopping down more trees and viola, more oil.
And blu-ray is evil. I’m not buying my DVD collection again.
Not So Fast 
Somehow I doubt they will implement any new standard for DVD and not have the players backward compatable in some way.
