Not So Fast 
Heh. You mean, it’s not everyday in Cd’A like it is up here? If not, I envy.
Okay, sure there’s the usual tourist crowd during the summer. Frustrating, but I can deal with it. But these guys double, at least, the chaos for a couple weeks. Plus the Sunday they compete, I can’t get across Sherman without busting through a roadblock somewhere. And the cops are pretty frowny about that sort of thing. They don’t mind so much on parade days, but they get all uptight about knocking over competitors.
