Remind me never to get in a position where I am depending on Russian special forces for rescue.

    I agree with you that pre-emtive way of handling things doesn’t work to well.

    What? Pre-emptive would be if the Russian special forces had killed the terrorists before they took hostages.

    Preemtion: undertaking or initiated to deter or prevent an aticipated, usually unpleasent situation. ( I.E. kids getting blown up).You see it one way I see it another way. As for the Russians killing rebels before that can attack there has been plenty of that, and it hasn’t worked to well. It has left plenty of children homeless and without familes though.
