The Inlander does a survey every year, but I’ll give you my, and therefore the correct, answers, skipping the ones that I have no idea about:
Best Barista: Me. I make it just how I like it almost every time
Best Dentist: Dr. Shini – 20 minutes—from the time I walked in the door to when I walked out—to fill a cavity, also, the only one I’ve been to in the area.
Best Elected Official: Larry Craig, cause his office said they would treat bloggers like journalists

Best Store the Inland Northwest Needs: Rubio’s Fish Tacos
Tony’s List. And he is always right!
Hmmm how nicely Idaho-centric. I’ll keep all reccommendations in mind.
I have to say that the best Barista in Post Falls has to be Callie at Tidyman’s…she works the mornings and she is good! People shout orders left and right and she gets them all. She’s even got a great memory. She knows “your” drink after only one or two trips in.
I’ll second Schlotzky’s as best sandwiches around. And Pizza Pipeline as best pizza delivery. Add in Valentino’s as best take n bake pizza, and Noodle Express as best “fast and nutritious” lunch.
