Big old debate about barbecue over at Instapundit. I’ve never had real pork barbeque so I can’t give you an informed opinion. I don’t see how pork can top beef in anything, but I’m willing to give it a fair trial.

Not So Fast 
Oh yeah — there is a real difference in barbeque! I learned that when I lived in Oklahoma. Thanks for the idea, I think I will go get a pork roast and throw in on the coals!
Yeah, now I’m wanting to bbq something myself.
