I often link B&W, but only when it is called for. It seemed like they were trying to somehow make the photo all of a sudden interesting by making it B&W… the photo has to start good and many of these didn’t.

I’m not against B&W in general, just when it’s used as a device to make the picture seem like more than it really is. Especially when it’s war photos.
