Do you really hate it as much as the people on that web site do? I must admit I was not a fan when I came across it so heavily in some of the dishes in Thailand, but salsa just isn’t the same without it. I have mended my ways and am proud to say, “It is a useful food.”
ZakOregano is the greatest herb ever. Maybe basil. That’s a tough one.

So true. With cilantro you don’t have to worry about flavor, just toss that in, make sure there’s some heat, and nothing else matters.
