Duh

Now we’re getting down to brass tacks and I have a feeling that a lot of those who were all, “yeah global warming is bad and we should do something to stop it” are going to change their tune when they realize it’s going to cost them money. People are always for “the government” or “businesses” to do something about a problem until it hits them in the wallet. Then it’s “hmm, is it really that bad?” No matter who does the cleanup, the government, the businesses, the businesses forced to by the government, I will end up paying for it either through taxes, higher product prices, more expensive newer technologies (like those florescent bulbs that suck, motto: they cost more and they are less useful) or, oh joy, all of the above.
