Why isn’t there a rule about such things? I’m calling my state congressman now to make sure they get something on the books before it becomes an issue here.

So, basically, I could buy a trailer and park it on the side of the road, thus avoiding the need to pay rent….cool. That is now on my list of things to do this weekend.
