In the digital world today

I see Amazon has changed their look. I hate it when they do that. Now I have to get used to looking in different places for stuff. And it’s yet another site that I have to make as an exception to my flashblock (greatest. addon. evar.).

Also, now they have (for an additional fee) the “read it online” option on some of their books. Tres chic.

    I’ve heard this from a few other people; I guess we turned that treatment up to 100%. It’s been enabled internally for a few weeks now.

    I think it sucks less than the old one, but that’s the best I can say for it.

    I did discover that the new project I helped launch doesn’t work if you have Adblock and use Filterset.G. Ah, well. I’m only responsible for the backend stuff; the look, feel, bloat, and slugishness isn’t my fault. Honest!

    Don’t worry, if you listened to people like me it would still look like it did in 1997. And all the kids these days would be horrified by it. 🙂
